Limitation of Liability

Termination

13.1 Termination by 777sc

777sc reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continuation would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory requirements.

13.2 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests must be resolved in accordance with applicable terms. 777sc will process any legitimate outstanding balance following Account closure, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any applicable conditions.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, intellectual property rights and governing law clauses — shall survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's applicable license jurisdiction. 777sc does not represent that these Terms comply with the laws of Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution mechanisms applicable in the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents 777sc from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

Amendments to These Terms

777sc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 777sc will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Users via the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
